JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• coordinate sell price break down with individual Sales VP/RSM


• PO handling (check terms & conditions, coordinate w/ risk management,...)


• Data input into SAP documents


• manage billing plans for all machine orders


• processing of invoice to the customer


• obtain and monitor shipping documentation


• monitor AG & Inc order documents for cost and sell deviations and discrepancies and coordinate with controlling


• Work closely with Sales Coordinators at AG


• Take corrective actions in case of margin erosion


• Ensure customer specific request are considered in terms of invoicing, etc.-


• Assist with Kronos scheduling and Concur expense reporting systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma. Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred.

• SAP system experience a plus.

• Must be able to work with sensitive information and/or communications and maintain complete confidentiality.

• Must be well organized and be able to re-prioritize workload based on changing demands.

• Excellent communication skills required- both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint required.
