The RN Surgical Services Manager will work collaboratively with the Director of Perioperative Services. The Manager will be responsible for:

• Coordinating, facilitating, integrating, and evaluating high quality, cost effective patient care delivered within the unit. 


• Assessing and planning for staffing needs of the unit on a 24 hour basis. 


• Developing appropriate monitoring tools in regard to the unit’s budget, patient care, staffing and trends. 


• Reviewing patient’s medical records for completeness, accuracy and timeliness, while coordinating interdisciplinary conferences and meetings in order to expedite or improve patient care.

Given the responsibility of leading the Surgical Services Department, the RN Surgical Services Manager should be equipped with 3+ years of Perioperative Nursing experience, along with a BSN. The Manager should be eager to join a growing team of care professionals in an exciting leadership role.
