An exciting new opportunity for a RN House Supervisor is now available with a non-profit community medical center in beautiful Oregon State.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Nursing Services, the RN House Supervisor will assume overall supervision of the hospital in the absence of the executive and administrative team. The RN House Supervisor will collaborate with senior hospital leadership and unit managers to ensure a seamless transition of authority each night and weekend.  

The RN House Supervisor will utilize independent judgment and supervisory discretion to oversee and direct hospital personnel. The RN House Supervisor will make regular rounds. The RN House Supervisor will manage bed placement, hospital discharge, and coordinate bed huddles as needed.
