As the Director of Nursing SNF, this individual will manage the entire nursing process including planning, evaluation and implementation of nursing practices. Ideally, this experienced Director of Nursing SNF will have a background in Long Term Acute Care in the selected areas of Home Health, Hospice Care, Rehab and Assist Living.
