As Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, you will manage a team of Recruiters, lead projects and reporting for startup recruiting and act as point of contact for escalations. What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Lead a team of Recruiters who support site implementations

  • Oversee and manage projects and related responsibilities for startups

  • Coordinate salaried workforce placement and hiring of hourly workforces required for day one operations

  • Execute a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the full recruiting life cycle

  • Assist with recruitment administrative tasks, projects and reporting

  • Resolve escalations in the startup process

  • Carry out all aspects of supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; developing and coaching; addressing and resolving problems


What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 3 years of experience supporting full life cycle recruitment process

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows applications; ability to create complex formulas in Excel and quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications


It'd be great if you also have:
  • 5 years of related experience in a recruiting supervisory or related role

  • Experience recruiting and overseeing high-volume exempt and non-exempt roles

  • Experience managing account relationships for startup talent acquisition

  • Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate accountability to team goals
