Our Consulting practice seeks an experienced, motivated and career-minded consulting professional to join our Cybersecurity team. In this position you will be responsible for the direction and completion of cyber activities that impact clients' business operations.

This position can take place in any of our US offices. Our firm has given our employees the option of working remotely at this time.

Professional Responsibilities:


  • Lead the planning and execution of cybersecurity and privacy consulting engagements

  • Manage client engagement expectations with assigned consulting staff

  • Lead, mentor and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned consulting teams

  • Develop and deliver security assessments, architect and deployments that satisfy client demands

  • Develop solution plans/roadmaps, collecting business requirement documentation, analyzing and produce quality implementable solutions

  • Articulate professional opinions and recommendations to a demanding client base and attain high client satisfaction at all times

  • Follow up on planned work to support high priority customer needs

  • Demonstrate collaboration and incorporate input from various sources in order to solve problems

  • Possess excellent business acumen with a strong ability to map business requirements to security solutions

  • Lead by example and drive decisions to satisfy customers

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and guidance, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, ISO 27001/2, and OWASP

  • Communicate cyber risk issues discovered with firm partners and client management

  • Participate in business development opportunities with both current clients and new prospects

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a CPA firm, a professional services firm or a consulting practice

  • CISA or CISM Certification is preferred

  • Additional industry certifications (CISSP, SANS GIAC, CIPP,, etc.) desired

  • Demonstrated success in developing/delivering security assessments, architecture or deployments

  • Cybersecurity assessment and program governance experience with some key regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, FFIEC, SHIELD)

  • Experience developing and establishing cybersecurity delivery methodologies and supporting tools

  • Experience managing one or more client delivery teams and defining staffing schedules

  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and guidance, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, ISO 27001/2, and OWASP

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (both oral and written)

  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality

  • Ability to travel 50 - 75% of the time

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
