Building and Construction Systems , a business unit of Arconic, is the leading manufacturer of Architectural Aluminum Products and Systems for the Building and Construction industry. Arconic Architectural Products (AAP) is part of Arconic's global Building and Construction Systems (BCS) business unit.

We have an immediate opening for a National Sales Manager to support our Arconic Architectural Products, LLC business. We are the leading manufacturer of an aluminum composite material (ACM) known as Reynobond. Reynobond is primarily used in Architecture applications and Corporate Identity Design.

Under the direction of the General Manager, the National Sales Manager is responsible to lead a team of sales professionals in the successful promotion and profitable sale of Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and Prepainted Aluminum. The National Sales Manager will drive business growth, provide commercial sales strategy and is wholly responsible for the implementation of tactics to achieve or exceed sales objectives in terms of revenue, margin, new products or enhanced products introduction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to deliver short and long-term business goals
  • Deliver the annual sales revenue, margin, and market share targets for AAP-Eastman
  • Develop customer relationships to grow share of wallet across the customer base
  • Create strong connections with commercial teams and customers to ensure the business is meeting all market needs
  • Drive business using CRM to improve market understanding, quoting activities and create customer sustainability through solid reporting of activities
  • Coordinate efforts with marketing, product development personnel and plant management to develop and promote new products
  • Assure strong relationships with key leaders at the location to ensure that company-wide objectives and needs are understood and met.
  • Monitor all critical KPI to ensure that these are in control and targets are being met.
  • Gather and build competitive information that will help the business provide the most appropriate products and pricing to meet the market needs and create differentiation between Reynobond and its key competitors.
  • Adhere and deploy the Ethics and Compliance, SOX and ISO9001:2015 procedures of the Corporation on how to do business.
  • Create a culture of employee engagement and people development linked to the strategic business and customer priorities to ensure long term success.

Major Activities and Key Challenges Include:


  • Be an effective communicator, results oriented with a high level of work intensity, self-starter, and customer driven and yet still balance company goals and objectives against customer needs.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of Building and Construction industry;
  • Manage a sales team spread across the USA remotely
  • Create strong relationship with plant when you are not located at the plant
  • Optimize the processes to create agility and speed on the market and comply with requirements of a large Corporation

This position has a preferred work location of Norcross, GA or Eastman, GA with a travel expectation of 25-50%. Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics or similarly related field from an Accredited University
  • 5 years' Experience in Sales or Marketing
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or similarly related field from an Accredited University
  • 10 years of ACM experience
  • 3 years of Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Building and Construction industry
