    Graham Packaging Company is looking for a Production Servicer based in Kansas City, MO. 

    The person assigned to this job will be required to perform primary duties of:
    1.Perform fork truck inspection
    2.Rail Report
    3.Hookup railcars to the silo
    4.Check Blender settings on machines
    5.Color change lines
    6.Check and supply lines with colorant, regrind, etc. for on-coming shift
    7.Organize and clean extruder portion of the production floor
    8.Organize and clean colorant racks
    9.Organize and clean regrind racks
    10. Weigh and put away all material, and tag accordingly and put away in proper location
    11.Break down and make up gaylords
    12.Empty fuzz buckets, blow out vacuum chambers and filters on the lines
    13.Colorant, PCR, and Regrind inventory
    14.Monthly, Quarterly, semi-annual & weekly PM's

    Production Servicers are required to interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers. Therefore, the following skills and proficiencies are also essential requirements of the position:


    • Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.

    • Computer usage and typing skills are essential.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

    • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

    • Communicates effectively: conveys facts and information clearly both verbally and orally.

    • Collaborates well with others: proactively contributes to group objectives; volunteers to help others.

    • Must be qualified as a Production Stockperson or become qualified. Must be willing to work rotating 12 Hour schedule. 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
