The Director of Clinics will be working across various locations to guarantee that they are following various policies and procedures. 

Reporting directly to the Chief Administrator of Clinical Practices, the Director of Clinics will have the ongoing support of 40+ FTEs across all Clinics. The Director must evaluate each Clinic to ensure that they are following rules and regulation standards, as well as meeting staff needs. Quality patient care is a top priority for this organization, and it is important for the Director to oversee the strategic planning efforts of each unit.

The responsibilities of the Director of Clinics varies from financial management, to department staffing and hiring needs. The Director is consistently communicating with each and every clinic to gain an understanding of where they are lacking and what is running smoothly for them. Scheduling the Clinical Staff members is a top priority for the Director to be sure all parts of the Clinic is covered daily.
