As a Loan Accounting Representative II, you may look forward to:
Being able to successfully handle all responsibilities of Loan Accounting Representative I.
Providing exquisite member service to both internal and external members.
Accurately booking all types of loans into the Bank’s core system.
Processing payoff quotes, wires, and loan payments.
Assisting with other job tasks and projects as needed.
Obeying all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
You are a person that has (required skills):
A High School graduate degree or equivalent.
Previous experience in a consumer, commercial, or mortgage loan area.
Exquisite member service skills in person, on the telephone, and through email.
Must be able to work independently, use logic and judgment to make appropriate decisions, and work well under pressure to meet monthly deadlines.
Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office products.
You’ll be better prepared if you have (desired skills):
Previous experience with the Bank's core system and imaging software.
Education with emphasis in business, finance, or accounting.
Physically you can anticipate to:
Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
Exert up to/carry 20 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
Vision, hearing, speech, and manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers is required. Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
Not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
