Summary
Management of all Corporate Sales Analysts and support functions of the division based on short term and long term objectives

Responsibilities

Delegation and oversight of projects within the Government Division and work with all stakeholders to ensure customer and sales deadlines are achieved. Work with Government Market Director to support all selling channels. Monitor and review all Government channels for efficiencies and standardization across continuum of care. Manage Corporate Sales Business Analysts expectations and field responses (provide regular feedback and guidance, address field issues re: implementation, manage deadlines) Manage strategic pricing (product portfolio with strategic margin control, product divisions and pricing approvals) Participate and collaborate as a strategic contributor to suggest continuous improvements to foster contract compliance, customer satisfaction and year over year sales growth. Work with product divisions to improve and maintain product conversion data across all Government Channels.

Bachelor's degree At least 5 years of Federal contracting knowledge to include Prime Vendor, Federal Supply Schedules, and Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy. At least 5 years in an analyst or related sales role Proficient in Microsoft Office and other proprietary software
