This role will support the Commercial Systems overall IT needs, including; DCX, 80/20 initiative, system improvements/enhancements/selections and have responsibility for implementing and coordinating strategies to support the business. This role will assist in digital transformation, program management and interpreting and communication business requirement to IT team members to deliver business requirements
Major Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end project management and proven skills in problem solving, making sound recommendations and managing expectations. Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
Collaborate and liaise with senior management, IT, business as needed to get detailed understanding of business requirement and work with IT team to design, develop and implement digital/IT projects focused around Commercial Systems business growth.
Translate business requirements into a detailed requirements to be executed by the IT team. Work closely to understand Commercial systems key and productivity initiatives and work for success of programs end to end.
Proven skills in requirements management from planning to execution, developing and tracking project requirements, good verbal and written communication skills, meeting facilitation and negotiation
Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications not limited to digital web enhancements, productivity projects.
Work with testing team to drive system readiness, KPI and metrics to drive seamless experience for customer.
Conduct or contribute to system configuration and development activities and if needed create test conditions, test plans, test data, pre-determined results and test cases.
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues and seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
Lead business required system selections
Assist in business analytics development
Required Skills
3-4 years of experience in project management

Strong business acumen
Simultaneously manage multiple projects/initiatives through business case development and requirements management
Interact and communicate clearly with technical personnel along with all levels of business leadership and project stakeholders
Desired Skills
Experience in e-commerce project management
CRM, Oracle ERP and Business Analytics
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience 10 years.
