Food and Nutrition - Aides and Cooks

Macclenny Nursing and Rehabi Center is now searching for both Food and Nutrition Aides and experienced Cooks.  The Aide will be responsible for assisting the Food and Nutrition Manager and Cook in the preparation and service of food to residents and patients. The Cook will prepares palatable, nourishing, well-balanced meals to meet the daily nutritional and special Diet needs for each resident.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• For the Cook:  One-year experience as a cook in an institutional food service setting preferred.
