The Contra Costa Youth Continuum of Services (CCYCS) is a program of Contra Costa Health Services that provides outreach, interim shelter, transitional housing, and permanent housing for homeless and at-risk youth ages 18 to 24. Salary: $54,080 - $61,500, Annually
