The Practice
Adventist Health Selma - Selma, California
Average daily encounters is 15
Procedures not required but central line insertion is a plus
Expected to attend rapid response and code blues during day time, but ED runs codes
Day shift is expected to stay in-house during day time
Night calls from home and expected to come in during call if patient needs to be transferred or if situation demands
Schedule is flexible
New ICU expected to open soon
