Title: Infrastructure Engineer III (50849906)- 68959

As an Infrastructure Engineer , you will be responsible for the implementation, integration and delivery of Deere's highly secure email environment. You will be responsible for the investigation, cost analysis/justification, selection, planning, and implementation of changes to Microsoft Exchange and related email security solutions. In addition, you will:

• Monitors, applies changes to, and/or manages current information technology infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance in an integrated environment.
• Performs and applies information analysis to resolve infrastructure problems. Delivers infrastructure technology for business requirements.
• Serve as an expert and is routinely involved in decision making relative to process, technology or business-related issues
• Coach and mentor team members
• Have broad contact with multiple functional and business partners on strategic business relationships and projects
• Work with suppliers in defining requirements for contracts and service levels for purchased infrastructure services

Proven Technical Skills and Experiences

• Proven experience in the design, configuration, development, testing, integration and deployment of low to medium complex information technology solutions leveraging change management
• Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
• Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment
• Proven experience applying DevSecOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Deep experience in network engineering, cloud development & deployment
• Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft applications and technology, including Exchange Enterprise Server, Exchange architecture design and Unified Messaging
• Experience with Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policies, SCOM, OKTA and CASB

Interpersonal, Leadership and Teaming Competencies

• Capable of collaborating with multiple technical and business stakeholders to provide information technology solutions
• Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Proven experience working in a team environment
• Eager to develop both his/her own skills and those of others
• Established relationships with key technical and business partners in Infrastructure & Operations and Cybersecurity
• Proven experience driving continuous improvements for key aspects of the Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange and/or O365 platform (e.g. automation, performance, quality/availability, security)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Infrastructure Technologies
