The Supervisor of Patient Financial Services is responsible for the operation of the Patient Access department, including admissions, financial counselling, insurance verification, and scheduling. In addition, the Supervisor of Financial Services and Patient Access will improve and develop new processes to enhance performance improvement, with an focus patient satisfaction.

The Manager of Patient Financial Services must hold their associates degree, with a strong preference towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree. Further, it is expected that the manager has a strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle, accounting principles, and is familiar with managed care, coverage issues, and reimbursement. This opportunity requires a minimum of 3 years supervisor experience in a hospital finance setting.
