LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN – Part-time - Wenatchee Valley Mall, WA

Salary: $200 Monthly Base Pay (paid bi-weekly)

Required - estimate 1 visit per week

Night, holiday and weekend availability is required

BASIC FUNCTION

The part-time Location Maintenance and Repair Technician will ensure the functionality of our equipment for service and maintenance at Wenatchee Valley Mall.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance and repair of equipment


• Maintain clean equipment


• Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions


• Maintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte


• Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager


• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed


• Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management


• Other assignments as needed

 

EDUCATION

• Technical degree preferred

 

SKILLS

• Working knowledge of equipment


• Electrical and mechanical equipment repair


• Excellent verbal and written communication


• Maintain accurate records


• Compile reports


• Proficient in computer and Smartphone use

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift 40 lbs. to waist height


• Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.


• Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time


• Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs

 

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

• Valid Drivers license required
