This exciting opportunity will leverage the candidate's experience in active and passing candidate sourcing and full-life-cycle recruitment. This temporary position is primarily responsible for full life-cycle technical recruiting, including developing recruiting strategies, posting job advertisements, and screening/interviewing candidates. Responsible for attracting talent with a focus on government contracting and candidates with government clearances.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and five years of recruiting related experience or combination of both. E xperience recruiting for federal contract roles primarily with the Department of State (DOS) and/or Department of Defense (DOD) a plus. **Federal and or Military backround recruiting experience is required**
