Job Description:

Compliance with all safety rules and regulations.

 

This description represents the most significant job duties but does not exclude other work duties that may be assigned as needed to assist production and protect the customer as determined by the Maintenance Supervisor.

 

• A minimum of one year formal Tool & Die training or equivalent work experience.


• Complete basic Die cleaning under direct supervision.


• Complete basic die sharpening under direct supervision.


• Complete basic heat treating under direct supervision.


• Ability to communicate effectively with immediate Supervisor and co-workers.


• Willing to pursue additional training or education.

 

• Must come equipped with own basic tools of the trade.


• May need to work overtime on short notice as required by production.


• Must maintain a valid forklift license.

 

Accurate and legible record keeping ability required including but not limited to daily work logs, general work orders, preventative maintenance work orders and tool crib procurements.
