This description represents the most significant job duties but does not exclude other work duties that may be assigned as needed to assist production and protect the customer as determined by the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Basic mechanic skills. Familiar with hand tools and has basic carpentry skills. Helps other technicians with manual labor assistance.


• Fabrication: Basic skills to fabricate carts, stands, pallets, etc. Cut, drill, shear, weld.


• Electrical: Able to use a pen tester to verify power. Will assist with pulling wire and running conduit.


• Pneumatics: Able to assist with air pipe installation.


• Hydraulics: Able to assist with hydraulic hose replacement.


• Entry level troubleshooting skill set. Need to recognize obvious failure points.


• Communicates well with immediate Supervisor and co-workers.


• Must come equipped with own basic tools of the trade.


• Is able to utilize power tools and basic machine tools.


• Must work overtime on short notice as required by production.


• Must maintain a valid forklift license.


• Able to clean and paint equipment and maintain the facility as needed.


• Assists other technicians with the removal and replacement of equipment and tooling.

Accurate and legible record-keeping ability required including but not limited to daily work logs, general work orders, preventative maintenance work orders, and tool crib procurements.

Ability to perform Facility Maintenance job functions as needed.
