Hourly wage rate:

Our starting rate for entry level production assistants ranges from $11 to $12 per hour depending on skill level and physical demands. We offer additional earning opportunities through our cross training program. Epi offers continuous training to allow our Team Members to “Earn as they Learn”.
Premium rate for Evening and Night shifts up to $2 per hour.

Work Environment:

We are a bakery and when the temperature rises, so does the temperature in bakery.  This is a fast-paced work environment and is sometimes chaotic & loud. We may ask you to push racks or lift up to 50 lbs on occasion. We are critical infrastructure and during the COVID 19 National Emergency we require everyone to wear masks at the plant, constantly keep hands clean, apply social distancing and perform COVID 19 testing as needed. Good attendance is very important to us; we need our Team Members to be at work when they are scheduled.
