Alfa Laval is looking for you to lead and manage Alfa Laval’s SEO/SEM program development supporting key online initiatives with measurable results.  Establishes and monitors ROI and KPIs.  Understands and builds organic search improvements and efficient paid search across channels. Writes and purchases advertising space on related web sites and maintains the correct links back to Alfa Laval.

Gathers information on current search engine optimization algorithms, tests the information on our web site to see how well it conforms to the algorithms, and regularly runs web site analytics to test the effectiveness of the keyword choices. Also maintains unpaid links with blogs and other content hubs on related web sites and encourages those sites to link to Alfa Laval.

Desired Experience and Education

  • 4 year degree in Marketing or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of education and experience
  
  
  • 3-5 years of Search Engine experience
  
  
  • Hands on experience with Google analytics and Linked In ads
  
  
  • Hands on experience with SEO and Social Media tools (ex. Searchmetrics, SEMRush, Falcon.io)
  
  
  • Experience with Dynamics and Episerver preferred
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Creative, forward thinking self starter with an attention to detail
  
  
  • Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders across different areas
  
  
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
