Responsible for updating onsite marketing and digital product merchandising across all brands and platforms to improve Ecommerce shopping and user experience, and the overall customer journey. This role will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of all website promotions and special offers, including but not limited to: updating website pricing, updating onsite marketing and messaging, creating/updating promo codes, maintaining/updating the promo calendar, assist in setting up onsite A/B tests, and reporting on promotion performance. This role will utilize web analytics to guide and inform marketing strategy. The position will continuously work to identify opportunities to optimize customer purchase journeys through optimal messaging, upselling, cross-selling, improved imagery, improved marketing language, and more.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, or equivalent work experience
3+ years experience in marketing, digital marketing, and/or website management
Experience working in a Content Management System (CMS)
Experience with HTML, CSS and JSON. Able to edit content directly in markup without a WYSIWYG editor
Experience with web analytics tools, such as: Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Hotjar, and Tableau
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software, including XD and Photoshop
Excellent copywriting and editing skills
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
An eye for design; ability to work with designers to execute a vision
Strong computer literacy. Able to learn new programs quickly and easily
Project management experience, proven experience working across department and coordinating many moving pieces to get a promotion launched
Stellar attention-to-detail, as this position will be responsible for pricing updates
Responsibilities
Stay on-top of our ever-changing website promotional calendar, ensuring all site promotions are accurate, on schedule and working properly
Responsible for coordinating all assets necessary to launch an on-site sales promotion, including but not limited to:
Monitor and analyze data, including but not limited to web analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings. Utilize analytics to inform on-site marketing strategy, optimize sales and provide a seamless customer purchase journey
Assist with setting up onsite A/B tests using Google Optimize to measure and evaluate the impact of different messaging and marketing tactics
Assist with new page builds and onsite content edits as needed
Coordinate with vendors to ensure all on-site marketing messaging is consistent and accurate, including pop-ups and banners
Responsible for creating and updating promo codes, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Review and implement incoming site adjustment requests from other departments
Assist with identifying new ways to promote special offers on-site, continuously testing and optimizing to maximize sale potential
