Program Supervisor

SUMMARY: On a daily basis, provides supervision, leadership, training, and overall coordination of activities at assigned group homes and ISL's by performing the following duties and others as assigned.
· Presents a positive attitude and demeanor when working with staff.
· Works with staff to "problem-solve" issues or concerns, as they arise.
· Attends and participates in staff meetings
· Interacts with staff, agencies, parents or guardians, and providers in a manner that promotes the highest level of professionalism and teamwork.
· Responds immediately (no later than 24 hours after received) to phone calls and e-mails from parents or guardians, families, staff, individuals served, and Service Coordinators.
· Maintains regular, effective communication with individuals served, staff, families, guardians, Service Coordinators, and all other team members.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in related field from an accredited university plus four years of related work experience or Master's degree (MA or MS) in related field from an accredited university plus two years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience; strong leadership qualities, personnel management, and exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills preferred.
