We are seeking Weekend Evening Care Staff associates to work 3 pm-11pm . We offer shift differential and special weekend only scheduling differential for associates.
The primary role of our Care Staff (CMA/CNA) at Heritage Communities is centered support and assistance to residents allowing them to enjoy their highest level of independence while receiving the necessary care and service to meet their changing needs.
The Care Staff (CMA/CNA) at Heritage Communities provides resident care services and administration of medications which includes charting, reporting and monitoring resident's condition. These associates require a Certified Medication Aides in addition to their responsibilities. All Certified Medication Aides work as CMA's and also work as Care Staff/CNA duties with providing all aspects of care to our residents as well.
