Dining Room Supervisor/Lead Server Full-Time, 1030am-730pm, includes rotating weekends This position is responsible for overseeing the dining area and staff resident services during meal periods. He/she will monitor seating flow, dining area services, and food and beverage availability on an ongoing basis to ensure prompt and professional service. He or She will also greet and seat residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner, take menu orders from residents, and deliver requests to the kitchen. Requirements
High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English and follow production and preparation sheets is also required.
Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service active adult/senior living preferred.
The candidate should understand food measurements and equivalents
Willing to work and interact with active/senior adults.
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours is expected and standard.
Experience:
Supervisory, 1 year (Preferred)
Restaurant, 1 year (Strongly preferred)
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
