Responsibilities:


 

The Business management analyst will provide analytical services to coordinate projects more efficiently and develop structured procedures.  Conducting research, analyzing financial data, and assisting in preparation to formulate recommendations. Business management analysts identify issues and ways to generate better results by analyzing data from a range of sources. Developing solutions and alternative practices based on the data gathered, in addition to recommending new systems or organizational changes to improve the business. Gather and organize information to be utilized to resolve and or the procedure to be improved performance.

Minimum Qualifications:  


  • Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed

  • Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports

  • Develop solutions or alternative practices

  • Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational change

  • Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports

  • Confer with managers to ensure changes are working

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Associates degree

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, Powerpoint)

  • Have a solid understanding of standard financial terms and concepts

  • Experience establishing milestones, tracking the status of work, and keeping personnel informed of progress

  • Active Secret or higher clearance

Desired Qualifications:


  • Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

  • Ability to work as a team with a variety of groups

  • Excellent communication skills; both written and oral

  • Ability to speak and write clearly
