Job Description:

Position Title: Office Administrative Coordinator
Department: Office
Report to: HR/Office Manager

Job Summary:
Assists Office Manager with various daily tasks and projects.

Food Safety Note: Every employee is legally obligated and responsible to ensure that they follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Guidelines and process procedures to protect our customers from any potential health hazards.

Primary Job Duties:

- Accounts Payables / Accounts Receivables
- Answers phone on a daily basis.
- Run copies or faxes when needed.
- Manage freezer inventory, order entry for Crispy Bagel Customers.
- Orders ingredients and packaging when needed.
- Works with sending all Purchase orders to corporate for proper billing.
- Inputs weekly production #'s for manager's report.
- Inputs weekly freezer goods #'s.
- Makes sure all customers send proper Kosher, COA's etc. when ordering ingredients.
- Assist with Payroll
- Assist with Billing

Essential Job Functions/Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in office functions or data entry.

Education:
- Must be able to generate written and verbal communications clearly.
- Must be able to operate required office equipment.
- Must be able to type.
