We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our El Cajon Ca territory. The primary role of this position is to provide overall leadership and drive profitable growth while delivering exceptional customer service in the marketplace.

Our Purpose:
We are a premiere, locally owned wholesaler for contractors in the Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning and Refrigeration Industry. As a supplier committed to the HVAC/R supply chain and part of a cooperative with almost 500 locations and 6 distribution centers nationwide, we provide an ADVANTAGE...the JOHNSTONE ADVANTAGE. We are a one-stop shop, with a variety of options in unitary and specialty equipment, repair and replacement parts, and maintenance supplies for Residential, Light Commercial, and Refrigeration contractors and Facilities Maintenance.
Responsibilities

Ensure that your Branch understands and executes the sales and operational strategy that drives profitable growth while delivering exceptional service to our customers
Effectively communicate with your team and ensure alignment and accountability with the company's goals.
Develop, coach and mentor your team
Cultivate relationships with key customers and vendor partners
Elevate efficient internal processes that support excellent customer service outcomes
Effectively allocate your team's resources (e.g., talent, product, services) throughout your territory.

Qualifications

Proven ability to coach and mentor employees within high functioning teams
Ability to develop and execute sales initiatives through a sales force
Strong ability to turn strategy into executable, operational actions and deliver desired results
Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
Expert knowledge of wholesale distribution operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, showroom merchandising, shipping, receiving and sales.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret sales data analytics.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Business management software experience (Solar Eclipse a plus)
Communication and presentation skills
5 years in the industry and 2 years in management
Knowledge of HVACR or similar industry a plus
