Responsible for effectively administering policies and procedures within the employee health and wellness program; including Workers' Compensation, pre-employment and random drug screens, interacting with employees on a regular basis regarding their specific or general health and wellness concerns, and reporting required and requested information to various appropriate committees. Responsible for the coordination, development and reporting of institute-wide employee health-related issues and conducts education in- services related to health and safety in the workplace. Incumbent is subject to overtime and call back as required by the institution.
