ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Pharmacy Operations Group is crucial to achieving our mission of helping to achieve a more sustainable health care system and better health for all. Members of this team are on the front line every day - interacting with patients, strategizing on improvements and efficiencies, and processing more than one million prescriptions that come through our world-class pharmacies and distribution facilities across the country.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


  • Provide technical support in a fast paced environment to customers via telephone and email ability to troubleshoot track, and resolve technical problems in Internet environment

  • Assist customers with accessing and navigating websites and answer any technical, navigational or Web site related questions

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues

  • Operate internal applications along with Microsoft Excel Outlook and Word

  • Communicate (written and verbal) and explain to customers the answers to questions in a clear, concise manner

QUALIFICATIONS


  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or technical certification in an IS/IT related field or relevant work experience preferred

  • Experience providing technical support and working with the Internet

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Ability to quickly learn internal applications, troubleshoot and understand Web enhancements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to explain answer to questions in a clear, concise manner

  • Problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and make independent decisions quickly

  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 11:30AM - 8PM Eastern
