What success looks like in this role:

This position is amanagement/execution role, taking direction from the Unisys OCM Regional Lead (as established) or OCM Sr. Manager. The OCM Manager's mission is to create converging path that bring together change management and project management to achieve the business objectives of the change.
The OCM Manager ensures projects (change initiatives) for Unisys new & existing customers' meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption, reducing resistance and risk.. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, IT systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The OCM Manager will create and implement change management strategies and plans that include: Engagement & Adoption Plans, Leader Action Plans, Communications Plans, Training Plans, Sustainment Plans that are informed by Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Training and Communication Needs Assessments, and Readiness Assessments. The OCM manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
While the OCM manager may or may not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work with many others in the client and Unisys organization to succeed.
This role might involve some domestic and international travel for business meetings.


You will be successful in this role if you have:
Qualifications Marketing:Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or business is preferred; and a minimum of 8 years of related marketing, consulting, or sales experience.Strong facilitation skills working with all levels of client organizations.Strong collaboration skills working with client, competitor, and complimenting consultant teams. Exceptional client relationship management skills.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.Planning, Organizing, Business Relationship Management, Team Building, Marketing OCM, Communications, Deliverable Quality Assurance, Program/Project Management, Flexibility/Adaptability.Problem solving and root cause identification skills.Ability to articulate, present and report Organizational Change Management (OCM) progress; metrics and value statement.Experience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Visio) and standard project management approaches.
