RECRUITING COORDINATOR

Come work as a Recruiting Coordinator for our Appian Practice with a dynamic IT and Management Consulting firm that cultivates a collaborative environment with opportunities to advance within the Government Contracting sector.

THE POSITION

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be a mediator between our hiring managers, our corporate recruiters, and third-party agencies. Their goal is to design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for our Appian practice. This person will be active in reviewing applications and resumes, conducting initial interviews and then make suggestions to the hiring team.

Your day as a Recruiting Coordinator for the Appian practice may consist of the following:

* Being responsible for initial screening of applicants and conducting interviews when needed

* Assisting in building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates within our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite)

* Scheduling technical interviews with the Hiring Manager for the Corporate Recruiting Team and/or third-party agencies.

* Ensure that all candidate interactions, details, and notes are accurately documented in our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite)

* Working with delivery teams to develop recruiting and staff development strategies

This person must possess a bachelor s degree and have 2 years of recruiting coordination experience.
