We have the best solution engineers in the industry and we know how important it is for our solution engineers to have access to the best training resources in order to be sales ready . The Global Solutions Enablement team is looking for a Business Partner who will be responsible for creating and owning the enablement strategy for our Operating Units Solutions teams. The ideal candidate will work with a cross functional team to execute on the resulting enablement plan, leading the development and execution of curriculum covering product, industry, technical, and soft skills training programs. A candidate will have an in-depth understating of the pre-sales engineer (Solution Engineer) team roles, an understanding of the software selling motion and a track record of driving scalability and repeatability in enablement.

This position will be part of a team whose focus is on the Enterprise and Commercial sales teams including industry areas of Financial Services, Health and Life Sciences, High Tech, Media and Communications, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Retail. This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of technical expertise with a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

COLLABORATION

* Support the development of enablement priorities with Strategy team and Solution Engineering leaders.

* Align with business unit leadership, Industries GoTo Market teams, product, and other regional teams to influence design, drive adoption, and measure enablement program success.

* Coordinate delivery of enablement programs in partnership with Solutions leaders and strategy teams.

ENABLEMENT PROGRAM DESIGN AND EXECUTION

* Lead program strategy, design, and execution of solutions enablement programs with quarterly milestones

* Design scaled, virtual and in-person interactive enablement programs from needs assessment to prototyping and implementation.

* Partner closely with a Learning Design team, who co-designs, builds and manages learning curriculum, to ensure feedback is incorporated in course development.

* Manage detailed enablement projects, ensuring that project team members are focused and executing their assigned tasks effectively and on time.

* Deliver participant-centered, and effective learning with confidence, passion and enthusiasm (both in-person and virtual).

* Deliver technical implementation enablement workshops.

* Ensure consistency across delivery experience for end-learners.

* Manage key logistical tasks including course assignments and scheduling.

COMMUNICATIONS

* Effectively communicate project details and updates to project team, appropriate governance teams, and key external stakeholders.

* Manage an integrated communication plan of personalized touch points, with the goal of understanding the enablement needs of the Solutions organization, and to ensure support from key leaders and stakeholders.

* Develop and manage messaging in support of the execution and success of each learning program.

MEASUREMENT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

* Drive accountability, ownership, and metrics for the learning outcomes and the impact of enablement events and programs.

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively collecting feedback through various methods (e.g., assessments, survey s, focus groups, etc.), evaluating learning effectiveness, and recommending changes to optimize the learning experience.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

REQUIRED

* Background in solution engineering, or enabling a technical learner.

* Deep understanding of Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Engineering needs and challenges.

* Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization.

* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds.

* Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and related tasks, people, and deadlines.

* Good working understanding of key project management tools including spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, SmartSheets) and Presentation Tools (Powerpoint, Google Slides).

* Courage to challenge perspectives, and give and receive constructive and honest feedback.

PREFERRED

* 3 to 5 years previous enablement experience; working with and influencing solutions engineering professionals and executives.

* Familiar with Salesforce selling motion

* Familiar with Salesforce industry products.

* Understanding of one or more supported industries (Financial Services, Health & Life Sciences, High Tech, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Retail industries).

* Experience with LMS systems.

* Hands-on experience with video editing software such as Camtasia, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier.
