DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Business Analyst/Project Management Professional with a background managing employees, as well as projects. Job responsibilities include oversight for process improvement projects, consolidating and standardizing functions, documenting processes and procedures, and learning both the current and new ERP system. You will train, solve problems, and assist with user support, enhance reports, create executive summaries and, manage senior administration team projects.

In addition to the above, Responsibilities include:

• Actively participate as a supporting resource on process improvement projects. Includes documenting existing business data and best practices to determine how to improve existing business processes.


• Ability to manage projects and project team members. Meet deadlines and determine the best solution for the organization, then implement the solution.


• Provide assistance to end users of DH Pace’s legacy ERP systems. Help prepare for implementation of new ERP system.


• Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of the major software platforms that are utilized by the company.


• Acquire and stay current with the company structure including reporting relationships, chain of command, and the products/services offered in order to effectively complete assigned projects.


• Develop, improve, manage and distribute information – including confidential information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or seven (7) years of related experience required or a combination of education and experience.


• Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel, SharePoint, and Visio.


• Strong analytical skills, communication and project management skills.


• Solid background in managing teams.


• Background in ERP systems.


• Strong problem solving skills.


• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.


• Excellent attention to detail/ability to recognize errors whether own, others or reports.


• Overnight travel required – 40%
