Client Relationship Manager at BullsEye Telecom

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Makes outbound calls to current BullsEye clients to renew/upsell Voice, Data or Wireless services, discover/propose new solutions, renew existing services or up-sell any and all current products such as VoIP services, broadband, SDWAN, Security,, analog voice and invoice integration services.

  • Understands and is able to effectively apply BullsEye Telecom offers against our competition.

  • Utilize available reports to determine more appropriate product fits, specifically for broadband and VoIP, for the customer and then pro-actively calls the base to offer new solutions.

  • Profiles existing customers and maintains an updated inventory of potential application opportunities by customer location.

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to retire assigned quotas, objectives and corporate goals.

  • Partners effectively with internal BullsEye Telecom departments to gain information needed for new customer applications and helps to efficiently resolve customer issues uncovered during the up-sell process.

  • Obtains orders and contracts for proposed BullsEye Telecom services, and processes them in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Maintains customer profiles and updates BullsEye Telecom databases with customer inventory and history as necessary for internal departments to additionally support the client.

  • Escalates any and all issues, which could result in customer’s termination of services.

  • Maintains appropriate margin and profitability by account, as determined by BullsEye Telecom.

  • Makes contact with recently terminated customers in an attempt to win back their business.

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to obtain assigned quotas, objectives and corporate goals.

  • Follows established policies and procedures on selling techniques, customer relations and system documentation, including following a script and overcoming objections by the customer.

  • Understands all services and products and is able to effectively apply that knowledge.

  • Obtains orders and contracts for proposed BullsEye Telecom services, and processes them in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Generates pricing quotes and prepares sales proposals to present to current customers and agents in order to retain and grow revenue.

  • Adheres to all policies, practices, and standards of the Company, our clients and our partners.


  • Performs additional duties and tasks as deemed appropriate by Management.




  • Maintains customer profiles and updates BullsEye Telecom databases with customer inventory and history as necessary for internal departments to additionally support the client.




  • Escalates any and all issues, which could result in customer’s termination of services.




  • Maintains appropriate margin and profitability by account, as determined by BullsEye Telecom.




  • Some overnight travel may be required by air and automobile.
