The Senior Delivery Consultant, Consulting will be responsible for consulting with the client to develop and apply appropriate policies and procedures during the implementation cycle. The Senior Delivery Consultant will be responsible for leading, coaching and facilitating design sessions using Netsmart's recommended practices.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consults on broad solution functionality.
- Establishes benefits baselines and monitors throughout the implementation.
- Leads, coaches and facilitates design sessions using Netsmart's recommended best practices.
- Assists with post go-live assessments.
- Identifies and measures client improvement opportunities.
- During the design phase of a project, identifies and promotes improvement opportunities relative to their assigned solution and workflow expertise.
- Prepares/plans for file build, testing and conversion project tasks.
- Participates in continuous learning opportunities to grow solution expertise.
- Contributes to team financial and operational objectives by maximizing efficiency and billability.
- Develops and improves implementation methodology by contributing to and leveraging recommended practices.
- Creates project related materials such as initial design specifications.

Recommends and implements solutions to client needs. Key skills include: change management, business understanding, effective communication of status updates of tasks to appropriate Client and Netsmart project team members, client relationship development at the appropriate level between Netsmart and the client, analytical skills with the capability to apply logic to solve problems, interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others.

Ability to gain an understanding of Netsmart's Plexus implementation methodologies and execute accordingly. Initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills.

Requirements:
- Four year college degree
- Minimum of two years as a Delivery Consultant or similar experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel and work remotely up to 80%.
