The team
Our IT, InfoSec, Cyber Risk & Business Ops team is in the business of trust and reliability. We create, maintain and operate scalable technology and data solutions that deliver an exceptional experience for our internal & external customers. This requires a smart, highly collaborative team who can identify, investigate, and implement new technologies to continue securely scaling our global business.

This position
The SDET, Enterprise Applications oversees the timely delivery of projects and initiatives that support DocuSign's strategic objectives as well as drive the necessary alignment between technology teams, business processes and a wide range of functional organizations, including Revenue Operations, Finance, Ecommerce, and Customer Success. Initial focus for this role will be to support our Partner and Reseller Program, a critical business pipeline that powers our Sales and Growth cycles. This requires a highly driven individual and self-starter with demonstrated experience in high growth, fast-paced organizations. The successful candidate will have the ability to work through ambiguity, align consensus, and seen as a hands-on subject matter expert.

This position reports to the Director, IT Integrations

Responsibilities

- Work as part of collaborative, cross functional scrum team to ensure quality is at the heart of the delivery process

- Collaborate with scrum team to understand product vision and requirements

- Identify and Alert team to defects in backlog grooming cadences

- Represent and consider user needs to ensure delivery is simple, intuitive and works as expected

- Execute end to end & regression testing and provide feedback to the team on the status of quality

- Design test plans, scenarios and scripts

- Identify and test functional edge cases outside of expected workflow

- Ability to perform manual testing while identifying opportunities for automation

- Review, Evaluate and Ensure Unit Test Quality

- Define & incorporate automated test strategies into delivery process

- Ability to code Project and Platform Automation features and functions with minimal supervision

Basic Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience with OOP Programming (C#, Java)

- 5+ years of experience writing and executing unit and integration tests

- 5+ years of experience with Automation tools, like Selenium and Cucumber/Spec Flow

- 2+ years experience working with Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ

- Bachelor's Degree Required

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficient with defect management tools like Atlassian

- Experience with CI/CD paradigms, monitoring and alerting

- Familiarity with BDD/TDD methodology

- Familiarity with DevOps Lifecycle

- Experience working in a Regulatory, Compliance environment

- Understanding of Opportunity to Cash business processes

- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator

- Familiarity in complex enterprise application environment with integrations and customizations to support multiple business processes

- Strong team player but also able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to multi-task and scale quickly in a fast-paced environment
