Technical Project Manager

Location - Sunnyvale CA/Austin, TX (currently remote due to COVID)

*This role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in Project meetings as needed to discuss infrastructure components and/or results as well as the roles and responsibilities for SPOC and/or any applicable third party suppliers


• Attend all Project planning sessions when requested and establish meeting minutes forever project meeting


• Maintain positive relationships through business engagement and requirements gathering sessions


• Document process flow on IT led projects vs RE&F led projects


• Resolve IT project ownership across associates, partners and external vendors


• Collaborate with project teams to generate an estimate utilizing client standard estimation template, which contains roles, activities, effort, and cost within agreed SLA


• Review and approve Project Estimates and schedules


• Submit quotes as required


• Create the Project Schedule applicable to such Project Services as per the available template


• Approve all RFCs


• Sign-off on roles & responsibilities and distribute IT Standards to supporting consultants.


• Ensure all project closeout items are completed timely. Ensure all invoices are paid.


• Prepare and present project reflection to management and partners.


• Approve all closeout documents and approve closure of funding source(s).
