Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for assembling materials in a timely, efficient and safe manner as well as performing physical and clerical warehouse duties such as picking, cutting wire, assembling wire reels, and shipping of materials.

Essential Functions:

- Complete tasks assigned by Commodities Supervisor and Commodities Lead.

- Load and unload company trucks manually or by using a forklift, pallet jack, handcart, or other device.

- Accurately count, check, prepare, and record items being received or shipped.

- Determines type/sequence of wire assembly based on work order and color code wire to use.

- Determines pipe type based on work order received.

- Acquires and maintains current knowledge of GCE policies and procedures and participates in training.

- Must acquire a working knowledge of the Eclipse software support system.

- Must acquire a working knowledge of the RF guns.

- Acts in helpful and cooperative manner towards customers and GCE associates.

- Maintains professional appearance.

- Participates in processes and programs aimed at promoting a safe work environment.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

- High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.

- Knowledge of and experience with forklift operations and warehouse equipment preferred.

- Eclipse software experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 125 lbs. on a repetitive and ongoing basis.

- Must be able to bend, twist, and stoop frequently.
