Description

NTS IS HIRING WINDOWS 10 REFRESH TECHNICIANS

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance in migration of client computer systems from Windows 7 to Windows 10 platform.

Following procedures set by client to save data, image and restore settings to new or existing computer systems.

Map network printers, install applications and manage a nightly deployment list.

Act as hands and feet for project team to assess and resolve any issues

Document and certify completion of migrations to project team.

Technical Requirements

Familiar with OS platforms and administrative functionalities

Able to map network drives, add systems to domain, locates files, and troubleshoot associated issues.

Able to install memory, software applications, drivers, and printers.

Able to follow procedures with little to no immediate supervision.

Ability to lift equipment up to 25 pounds

Able to completed replacement migrations by installing new keyboard, mouse, docking stations, power supplies and run cabling.

Comptia A+ preferred but not required

Additional Information:

Monday - Friday, 8-5

Background check and drug screen required for all new employees
