Job Summary

The Human Recourses Coordinator is responsible for working cross-functionally with Human Resources Business Partners & Human Resources Operations, contributing to the support of corporate-wide programs, policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Assists with internal and external Human Resources (HR) related inquiries or requests

-Maintains both hard and digital copies of employee's records

-Assists with new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons

-Schedules meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas

-Assist with ad hoc HR projects

-Supports other assigned functions

-Keeps up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

-Other duties as assigned

Requirements

-High School Diploma or GED required

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred

-1+ years of experience
