SUMMARY:

The objective of the Shipping Clerk is to coordinate the day-to-day activities related to the shipment and delivery of products to our customers, and accurately receive a variety of materials into our facility daily.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

* Complete bill of ladings with accuracy

* Complete receivers with accuracy

* Stage product to be shipped

* Load finished product onto trucks as directed using load sheets for accuracy in count

* Schedule shipments for pick-up

* Review previous days final shipping paperwork against the shipping report to ensure all were invoiced. Scan completed BOLs and upload to corporate server.

* Gather and send information per requests from corporate regarding previous shipments

* Maintaining cleanliness of shipping dock

* Performs duties of general help as required

* Will be required at times, with proper notice, to work mandatory overtime

* Hourly Position

QUALIFICATIONS

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication

* Some knowledge of computer

* Forklift license a plus

* Previous warehouse experience required, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
