Title: Training and Exercise Expert (GMD)

Job Location: Peterson AFB - Colorado Springs, CO

Provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support two distinct aspects of the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) G37 Training, Readiness and Exercise Division (G37 TREX) mission. Support the Certifications and Evaluations (C&E) Branch, responsible for assessing subordinate command's certification process, validation of unit's readiness and progress toward attaining command end-state conditions, achieving command objectives, and performing command tasks to support the command's Standards and Evaluations Program.

Job Responsibilities:

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Assist in the assessment of GMD and Missile Defense Battery (MDB) Sensor Manager and Radar Operator certification process located both at Schriever AFB, CO.

- Conduct GMD certification assessment and identify issues, and analyzes trends using the qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing the effectiveness of the GMD crews.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience: 5 years relevant GMD experience

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of relevant experience

- Security Clearance: TOP SECRET, eligible for TS/SCI

- The contractor shall provide personnel with a familiarity with Army Navy/Transportable Radar Surveillance (AN/TPY-2) radars operating in Forward-Based Mode (FBM) that can support Radar Operators and Sensor Manager OREs.

- Expert in training and certification management with strong oral and written communication skills.
