ProModel is at the nexus of technology-driven decision support application development supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). We are looking for an experienced and passionate full stack web developer to create the next generation of application platforms for our customer.

Our users need a rich, immersive experience that helps them effortlessly gain insights into complex problems, rapidly run scenarios and make sense of the immense amounts of data being generated across the DoD. As a developer, you'll help solve many interesting challenges in the areas of geospatial visualizations, BI, predictive modeling, responsive user interfaces, and scalable services. We love open source and push the envelope on defining the software maturity model in the DoD.

Potential work locations include: Ann Arbor, MI, Virginia Beach, VA, or Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering innovative code, technical planning, implementation, and have the opportunity to lead agile product development teams. You will also interact with our DevOps team to iterate functionality in alignment with customer needs. We work closely as a team, often pairing up on feature development, and also working closely with program managers, UX designers, and partner product teams.

Qualifications

Required:

- Team player with experience working in an agile development culture.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Technical field.

- 10+ years of industry experience working on software applications or services.

- 4+ years of web development experience with JavaScript, C# (Entity Framework), CSS/SASS, HTML, and SQL.

Preferred:

- 2+ years of JavaScript framework experience (Angular, React, Vue, etc.).

- 2+ years of web service experience (ASP.NET Web API).

- 2+ years of git SCM experience.

Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc.) or data integration platforms (Qlik, Collibra, InfoSphere, etc.).
