Job Description:

RTI-Health Solutions provides scientifically rigorous
research and consulting services to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device
companies. Our research and consulting services focus on health economics and
outcomes research. Our various practice areas include: Market Access and
Outcomes Strategy, Health Economics, Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment,
Pharmacoepidemiology, Surveys and Observational Studies, Biostatistics,
Clinical Services, and Health Preference Assessment.

RTI-HS is seeking a candidate who will support Market
Access and Outcomes Strategy projects at its Research Triangle Park
Headquarters. This position requires technical experience in scientific and/or
medical writing and, preferably, health economics and outcomes research.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing,
interpreting, and summarizing literature and subsequently writing associated
documents, including literature review reports, reimbursement dossiers,
manuscripts, and other health outcomes documents.

Experience developing global value dossiers and formulary
submission dossiers based on the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) format
is strongly preferred.

Additional responsibilities include but will not be limited
to;

- Creating literature search strategies and
detailed study protocols
- Reviewing abstracts and full-text articles
identified as part of a literature review
- Designing data extraction forms
- Extracting/guiding data extractions, assessing
study quality, and preparing detailed reports of literature review findings
- You will be expected to support multiple
projects and work in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple, demanding
timelines.

Qualifications:

- Masters level degree in life sciences or
related area with at least 5 years of medical/clinical writing experience or;
- PhD, PharmD or related with at least 2 years of
medical/clinical writing experience
- Experience conducting health economics and
outcomes research and writing reimbursement dossiers (e.g. AMCP, global value
dossiers) and literature review reports is preferred
- Basic understanding of research study designs
and pharmaceutical clinical development (pre- and post-marketing)
