This position partners with a designated business group and advises them on all Talent Management related topics. In addition, the position leads the enterprise strategy development and execution of talent management programs as assigned.
Responsibilities
Consulting
Key liaison to the HR Business Partners and business leaders of the designated internal customers
Consults on all talent management topics ranging from performance management to succession planning, engagement management and learning & leadership development
Ensures that the talent management solutions achieve the desired business outcome
Program Design
Develops the enterprise strategy and frameworks for Talent Management programs
Partners with other talent management resources and HRBP to ensure that the program and framework is implemented across the enterprise
Defines and monitors program success measures
Constantly evaluates the program and framework for opportunities to increase impact
Project Management
Project manages all aspects of the talent management program and framework from design to pilot to production;
Manages budgets and vendors accordingly
Develops and executes all change management efforts in partnership with other resources
Facilitation
Facilitates regional leadership development offerings, off sites and custom engagements with the designated client group
Supervises the facilitation and provide leadership and guidance to external resources as needed
Analytics
Reviews success measures and makes necessary adjustments to Talent Management offerings
Qualifications
10+ years experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
