Responsibilities


  • You work on building customer relationships


  • While working with sales leadership mentorship, you will build and maintain relationships with key partners in assigned account and prospects


  • Conducts daily account management of existing Equinix customers based on assigned territory, including monthly recurring and non-recurring transactions, upsell opportunities, contract renewals and positioning Equinix’s global platform


  • You work under leadership mentorship to identify customer’s business needs, challenges and technical requirements and matches to Equinix solutions


  • Engages and influences key decision makers within client base


  • Facilitates customer contract renewals and negotiations to protect revenue with sales leadership guidance


  • You actively address high churn risk customers using internal resources and occasionally external partners


  • Uses internal resources to understand customers contractual obligations around notice periods, renew terms, Equinix exposure


  • Coordinates with cross-functional sales support teams as needed


  • Pipeline Management; Monitors and provides updates on status of each account to grow future business and provide accurate forecasts


Qualifications


  • 1+ years experience preferred


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
