Participate in trading soybeans including physical US interior regions, export markets as well as futures and derivative markets, in close collaboration with other commodity desks and other regional and global trade teams. Drive revenues for the Bunge value chains with cash and flat trading, effective risk management, efficient logistics, identify market functions and dislocations; through thorough analysis and discussions.
Essential Functions:
-Manage interior origination activities and logistics pipelines for export and domestic river tributary crush facilities.
-Optimize timings and cost exposures of logistics considering interior flows, barge pipelines, crush needs, and vessel line-ups
-Manage qualities of the logistics pipelines to maximize blending capabilities while optimizing internal crush quality requirements.
- Coordinate asset utilization and engage in discovery processes of US market dynamics with the other commodity and logistics desks; identify and target best strategies and positions for the company.
- Engage closely and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders from localized interior origination markets through destination markets.
-Trade cash and flat positions that drive positive contributions to the company's asset base (incl. JVs and partnerships), customer flows, and for the overall Bunge's competitive advantage.
-Develop, communicate, and execute position strategies; and provide guidance on local cash markets' impacts on global flows, delivery convergence, and futures / boardspreads functions.
-Manage the risk and exposures associated with the positions' risk and reward profile with the market conditions.
-Identify most efficient domestic cash flows and arbitrage origins and export/processor destinations with freight spreads

Skill/Experience Requirements:
-B.S degree in Business or Agriculture
-Over three years' experience in commodity trading
-Attention to detail, and ability to connect concepts together
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Competency in cash commodity trading and derivatives in the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME)
-Skills in negotiation and in commodity trade contracts
-Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly
-Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
